Caroline is far from being your average Realtor®. Rather, she is a true cosmopolitan who brings together people, places, and beautiful things. Born and raised in Europe to a family of athletes and show-jumpers, she lived and worked in many different places like Germany, France, Switzerland, Latin America, and the US. That said, it is only natural that she is completely fluent in German, French, Spanish, and of course English. An MBA from the University of Frankfurt/Germany and an Interior Design education proved the perfect foundation for a successful career in luxury real estate sales. Working with international buyers and Costa Rican nationals Caroline was instrumental in selling the prestigious Villa Real community of San Jose; coined the Beverly Hills of Costa Rica. In 2010, when she moved to the United States, she was acknowledged for closing the largest sale in Villa Real to that point and as a luxury market expert in the surrounding area.
In 2010, Caroline moved to Colorado and continued to hone her expertise in luxury real estate sales. Focusing on the unique attributes and selling points of homes in this market, she quickly established herself as an expert in marketing and sales of previously unsold properties.
Today, firmly established in the Vail Valley, she continues to put her knowledge and luxury real estate acumen to work for her clients and remains focused on seeking out truly unique properties for buyers based on their needs and determining appropriate property specific marketing strategies for sellers.
Though she continually studies to be an extremely knowledgeable professional, her creativity and passion for finding and marketing homes are what sets her apart. Helping people to find their place in the world is incredibly rewarding to her. Design and architecture have always been her passion as well as sports like skiing, tennis, and horseback riding.
